The Pang Ho Cheung produced, Luk Yee Sum directed, Koyi Mak Tsz Yee, Ashina Kwok Yik Sum and Fish Liew (Liu Chi Yu) starred film LAZY HAZY CRAZY (TUNG BAN TUNG HOK) was selected for the Tokyo International Film Festival's "Asian Future" segment. Leads Ashina Kwok Yik Sum, Fish Liew (Liu Chi Yu), Kiyo Mak Tsz Yee and director Luk Yee Sum yesterday attended the celebration. Director Luk said that she wanted to win. The three leads wanted to invite their mothers to enjoy the film. Ashina thanked her family for their support, but worried that when her family and friends watched her nude scene it would be awkward. She claimed to be fat and said, "The director said I have three boobs, one is my belly."
Liu Chi Yu stated that Malaysians were more conservative and got choked up when she talked about how stressful it has been. "People told my parents, 'Your daughter is making a category III film and becoming a sex star!'" Mak Tzs Yee also worried that her family might not be able to accept the film, thus she only told her family about her nude scene after the news hit the streets.
